30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
